Portoscuso is right on the seaside, thru the isle's sowthwestern coast. Upon your arrival you will be able to stare at the beautifulness of our typical mediterranean's scrub, made of rocky coast shapeline welle mixed with the finest white sand beaches. The village has also a little and brand new marina with renting services and diving lessons. Marvelous historical monuments like Su Pranu (1400 d.c.) witness the modern bright tuna catch fishing watchable at every passage of flock within the Portoscuso and the isles of Sant Antioco and San Pietro. More it's in a well and strategic area where you can reach all the most beautiful southern sardinia sea sites.
Easy to Find
from Cagliari: once out of town, take the SS 130, straight thru Iglesias, and after 10 Kms (or 6,5 miles) turn right onto the sightseeing road taking to Portoscuso.
From Olbia or Portotorres : take the SS 131, and 30 Kms (or 20 miles) after Oristano, turn right to Samassi then follow signs to Vallermosa and after exiting the village turn right onto SS 130.
